Botched Botox Injections at 7QSpa Disfigured the Face for 6 Months
Maria’s visit to this establishment was a living hell for her. She got Botox injections in the lines between her eyebrows, as well as in the sides of her face, to alleviate the pain of TMJ and to make her face appear more slender. The supplier, however, destroyed and scarred her face in the process.
She has developed a sagging eyebrow, and the swelling on the sides of her face is almost completely gone. The very first time that she called the establishment, they did not even put her in touch with management.
One week later, the manager gave her a call and told her that he would not rectify the problem or give her a refund. She did nothing more than end the call by hanging up on Maria. Maria says that in the ten years that she has been having Botox injections, she has never encountered such a lack of professionalism from a medical expert.
Her life was turned upside down for the next six months thanks to 7Q Spa Laser & Aesthetics. Her line of work demands her to interact with people in person and go to parties and gatherings. However, as a result of the awful outcomes that this location produced for her, she was unable to attend the majority of these meetings.
Maria reveals that the experience was traumatic for her, and she has high hopes that her review would assist other individuals in avoiding similar con artists.
The photographs that Maria shared of her results can be found below. It is clear that they mishandled the procedure in the following ways:
Google Doesn’t Show the Negative 7QSpa Reviews
Stephanie made an appointment to have an Emsculpt Neo consultation at 7Q Spa. She explains that the stench of cigarettes was overwhelming and the first thing that caught her attention when she walked into the room. Even if it is natural for a place that allows smoking to have a trace amount of a smoky odor, the amount was a little overwhelming for a place like this one.
During the course of her consultation, she inquired about the possibility of receiving Emsculpt Neo rather than another treatment. Nevertheless, the service provider suggested ordering their “Phentermine” diet pills and carrying out Velashape 3 treatment. Stephanie thought that both of the possibilities were too drastic, and as a result, she chose not to have any treatments done at the location.
But that’s not the end of it.
The prices at which they offered their wares were the principal source of her dissatisfaction with this establishment. She purchased Elta MD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 sunscreen as she was walking out of 7Q Spa Laser & Aesthetics.
The majority of the time, she purchased this sunscreen from either her dermatologist or an online retailer. The product cost her an additional thirty percent when she purchased it from 7Q Spa.
The stated price was highly inflated in comparison to the actual cost. For the purpose of providing context and drawing comparisons, Stephanie has attached images of the receipt and the cost of the sunscreen from other businesses. As can be seen, 7Q Spa charges excessive prices for the various things it has available for purchase. It would be in your best interest to refrain from making any purchases.
Botox Didn’t Last for 2 Weeks, 7Q Spa Blamed the Client for It
Overcharge a Client and Refuse to Resolve the Issue Properly
Before leaving 7Q Spa Laser & Aesthetics, Morgan advises fellow customers to ensure that they have a physical receipt in their possession. She makes a point of mentioning that she came here to have Botox and filler and that it was the most unpleasant experience he has ever had.
On her Alle profile, Morgan had a total of 200 points. She also had forty units of Botox and a half syringe’s worth of filler administered to her. However, they charged her for an entire syringe’s worth of filler in addition to 40 units of botox. She was unaware that she had been overcharged until the email receipt for her Alle purchase arrived in her inbox.
After some time had passed, she gave 7Qspa a call to discuss her worries. Morgan emphasizes that she has the understanding that blunders of this nature are possible. Morgan denied the credit that was offered to be added to her 7QSpa account and instead asked for a refund from the front desk staff.
Therefore, the receptionist informed Morgan that she will be in touch with her again shortly. After that, she gave Morgan a call, and the two of them came to an agreement that the $110 that had been overcharged would be refunded to her Visa card.
Additionally, a receipt for the refund was issued to her through text message by the establishment. On the other hand, they only gave her $100 credit. She gave them a second call and inquired as to the reason why they had not refunded the sum that they had previously agreed upon. After hearing this, the staff responded by informing her that because she had already used her $20 off Alle coupon, they could only reimburse her $100.
Morgan claims that it was illogical because she would have earned a discount of $20 regardless of the circumstance because she already had those points before her visit. Morgan was not permitted to speak with a member of management by the front desk staff.
They proposed that the only thing they could do is give her the Alle credits back (which would equal 200 points). However, when they reinstated her original 200 points, it resulted in the loss of the additional 400 points that Morgan had won on that particular day. In essence, they refused to accept any responsibility for the error that they made. Morgan admits that it was a somewhat disheartening experience overall, and she says that she most likely won’t be back. She had to call the establishment four times in order to get an issue that they had caused resolved, and she was still not given the appropriate accommodations.
