Dean Service Philadelphia Scam: Customer Review

During their annual inspection, I had this firm come to my home and advise me to repair the capacitor for $250. I didn’t listen to them because the system was working perfectly and it still is a year later. A different business completed its annual inspection this year, and they did not recommend replacing the capacitor. The fact that Dean Service Philadelphia offered me a 50% discount in exchange for a great Yelp review was also annoying. Of course, the takeaway is that you can’t put any stock in a business’s Yelp rating. Yelp serves the needs of the customer who pays for it, not the customer.

Why You Should Avoid Dean Service Philadelphia?

Dean Service Philadelphia

During their annual inspection, I had Dean Service Philadelphia come to my home and advise me to repair the capacitor for $250. I didn’t listen to them because the system was working perfectly and it still is a year later. A different business completed its annual inspection this year, and they did not recommend replacing the capacitor. The fact that they offered me a 50% discount in exchange for a great Yelp review was also annoying. The takeaway here is obvious: don’t put too much stock in a company’s Yelp rating. Yelp serves the needs of the customer who pays for it, not the customer.
