Eric Bugenhagen (also known as “The Bugez” and “Van Hagen”) is not a well-known exercise influencer on YouTube, but he is one of the most unique and talented.
Most people know Eric for his incredible strength and unusual moves.
People follow him like a cult on YouTube and Reddit. Eric’s charm and attitude are so great that almost no one dislikes him.
Eric Bugenhagen Wife: An Ideal Life Partner
Fans of The Bugez who have been following him for a long time know how important his wife is to him. Their love story is really sweet, and Eric’s wife is the most important person in his life. She stood by him and helped him through all of his choices.
She shows up in a lot of his films, and his fans love her, too. Eric Bugenhagen bench presses 635 pounds with some help from his wife in a movie called “Wife assisted 635 lbs bench hammer strength.”
Eric and his wife have been through a lot of hard times together. In an interview, Eric said that when he lived with his mother-in-law, he had to get food and goods from his parents. He has said that if his wife hadn’t been with him during these times, he would have been much more toxic and damaging to himself.
Eric posted a movie to his YouTube channel on February 25 with the title “Relationship Breakup? At the beginning of the video, Eric reads a question from a friend named Michael. Michael wanted Eric to give him some life advice.
Michael asked if he should break up with his girlfriend because he didn’t know what he wanted from a relationship. Then Eric started telling the story of the 20-year-old Eric Bugenhagen.
Eric said that he was a bad kid when he was younger and that he often got himself into trouble. Because he did the same bad things over and over, his parents kicked him out of the house. At first, it sounds terrible, but Eric might not have met his wife if that hadn’t happened. Why? Because Eric met his wife when he was looking for a place to stay and fell in love with her.
Eric likes to keep his private life private, so I wouldn’t want to talk too much about it. So let’s move on to the next subject, which is his time in WWE. But before that, you can watch Back Guy’s movie about Eric that has gone viral:
Eric Bugenhagen WWE: An Underrated But Entertaining Wrestler
Eric Bugenhagen’s first match as a pro wrestler was on WWE NXT Live on October 19, 2017. Lars Sullivan beat him in his first match, and he got hurt soon after. He came back later using the name Ric Boog. In an NXT match on February 6, 2019, Drew Gulak won against Eric. He has had a few fights, but nothing that makes you gasp. Eric’s fans all agree that he doesn’t get nearly enough credit for what he does.
On May 21, 2021, Eric and the Japanese wrestler Shinsuke Nakamura made a deal to work together.
Eric’s career as a kid wrestler
Eric won a state championship while he was at Franklin High School. Soon after, he was wrestling for the NCAA Division I (University of Wisconsin) under the name Barry Davis. He played for the Wisconsin Badgers from 2006 to 2011. He weighed 184 pounds at that time. After getting a degree in kinesiology, he got a job as a wrestling teacher.
Support Eric Bugenhagen
If you are a big Eric fan, you can help him out by subscribing to his YouTube channel and buying supplements and official merchandise through his affiliate links.
Eric isn’t as good at making money from his brand as Jeff Nippard, so he doesn’t have as many ways to make money, but he still seems to try his best. I’m not telling you this to make fun of him but to let you know that if you want to help him out, you should buy something from him.
