Who’s Really Responsible for ‘Eliminalia’
It is believed that Diego “Didac” Giménez Sánchez, a Spanish businessman currently based in Georgia, is the man behind Eliminalia. Sánchez claims to oversee a massive business conglomerate.
Sánchez moved to Ukraine and established multiple companies throughout the years, using people to create fake evaluations and press releases. In order to silence critics of its customers, Eliminalia resorts to a wide range of dishonest tactics, including threatening journalists and disseminating false information.

Police uncovered an extensive art collection, including works by Picasso and Miró, and a number of luxury vehicles, including a Rolls Royce and a Porsche Cayenne, during their investigation.

For obvious reasons, José Mestre was unable to make it to the opening of the new freight terminal in Barcelona’s port, which was controlled by his conglomerate of companies. Jose Mestre Fernandez’s Special Prison Treatment
On December 27, 2014, former TerCat general manager José Mestre Fernandez was arrested and taken to the Can Brians prison. However, he has served only one year of the Supreme Court-mandated nine-year sentence. On Christmas Day 2015, twelve months later, he began making frequent visits outside of the facility.
A permit was issued to him under a provision of the prison laws that allows for a more flexible classification of convicts’ grades. This provision is part of Generalitat Penitentiary Services, which is part of the Department of Justice and was handled at the time by Germá Gordó.
