Shocking Truth about Kaplan Financial Services’ Terrible Customer Service

It takes months to find a customer and seconds to lose them. Good customer service is the secret to a company’s success, especially when it comes to financial investment firms. Kaplan Financial Services have quite a good reputation when it comes to providing great outputs. Or so we thought.

All you need is a good internet connection and some research skills to know that the firm is as pretentious as they come. They disrespect their clients and are often rude toward them. Mentioned below is one such case. A review by an old customer, on how the customer services team ill-treated them.

Susan Kaplan and her company, Kaplan Financial Services, are people I’ve worked with for a long time. In other words, I am well-known among them. This review was inspired by a recent, traumatic encounter with a member of her staff. I’ve never had such a dreadful experience or received such poor service anywhere else.

Worse yet, I emailed Kaplan Financial Services’s customer assistance in great detail, but I never heard back from them. As a client who has worked with Susan and her team for some time, it was disheartening to be treated in this manner. To be honest, I didn’t think Kaplan Financial Services would ever treat a client badly.

I couldn’t help but wonder if this was how they treated all of their customers, and if so, that’s awful. If you treat your customers poorly, they will not remain silent. I could have gone to any number of service providers in the financial sector, but I decided to team up with those particular individuals. And they have deliberately disregarded me in this way. Disheartening, to say the least.

Kaplan Financial Services has always had mediocre customer service in my opinion. That end of the scale (‘great’) has never been their norm. They were closer to the “Not Bad” end of the quality scale. However, I had never experienced any problems with their service, therefore I had never felt the need to file a complaint.

I won’t go into specifics about my interactions with some Kaplan Financial Services employees here since I don’t want to sound like I’m making the same point again and over. Also, I’d like to protect my personal information.

I’d rather not provide those specifics because doing so would compromise my privacy. The anonymity offered by this forum was a major factor in my decision to air my grievance here. To post a review, I am not required to provide any personal information. All you need to know is that one of their employees treated me rudely and harshly when communicating with me.

It came as quite a shock to me. I didn’t say anything to them or even consider making a complaint at the time. It’s not ideal for a financial advisory firm to treat a client with such contempt, but I felt obligated to at least bring it up to Susan. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable in any professional setting.

However, I was surprised to hear nothing back from my email. Later conversations with her team suggested that my criticism had been ignored. The employee continued using the same nasty tone as previously. Susan and her team made me feel like they didn’t care about my issue. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ears. They should have at least told that employee to tone it down a bit. Employees so impolite and self-centered have no place working in the finance industry. My impression is that Susan and the rest of the people at Kaplan Financial Services are simply interested in making money for themselves.

It is disappointing to see how KAPLAN Financial Services deals with customer complaints. THEY NEVER SORT OUT THE PROBLEMS THAT THEIR CUSTOMERS REPORT. I find it insulting and disrespectful.

Avoid Kaplan Financial Services

That’s all there is to say about it in the title. This financial advisory firm is not one I would recommend working with. Everyone in this company comes across as conceited and self-absorbed to me. They act like they’re concerned about you when they’re not. The only thing those individuals worry about is themselves and their salaries. You should explore elsewhere to find a financial advisory firm to hire. You will only be let down by these people.
