MetaStake Review: Explaining Their MLM Structure
MetaStake is a multi-level marketing (MLM) Bitcoin company. It is based in the UK, Thailand, and Seychelles, but it doesn’t give any addresses.
MetaStake does business through its two main websites, which are:
- On October 2, 2022, someone signed up privately for metastakecoin.com.
- On October 16, 2022, someone signed up privately for metastakecoin.io.
History of MetaStake: What Their Founder Did Before Running This MLM Scam
MetaStake users will soon have a co-founder and COO named Sirinyaporn Tanakultitirat (also known as Sirinya and Sinya Young) and a CEO named Bruno Pereira.

Sirinyaporn’s name, in all of its forms, does not appear anywhere else online except on the MetaStake website.
It tells us the following about Bruno Pereira and his MLM background:
He started his work as a business representative at ACN. He then became Vice President for Portugal at Amarillas Internet and Country Manager at Gano Excel. Even though he says he has “20 years of network marketing,” Global Master “Bruno Pereira” is also not from outside of Gauss.
Amarillas Internet is a pyramid plan that has been looked at by BehindMLM in 2012. It is also known as AI Yellow. In April 2022, Bruno Pereira was named by BehindMLM as someone who might have worked inside the Gauss Global Ponzi scheme.

Bruno Pereira is a small-time scammer who wants to be a big-time scammer. In the past, he promoted the Ponzi schemes Forsage, Bizzcoin, and other Bitcoin Ponzi schemes, all of which had their supporting paperwork burned. He usually uses the same words and tricks as other people who run Ponzi schemes. fronts as Master Coach, but he’s actually one of the people who benefit from the program.
It used to be run by a completely different CEO:

It looks like “Grant Williamson” is just the head of some random guy that was photo-shopped onto a suit pattern. The Gauss Global screenshot shows Bruno Pereira in Dubai, which makes it possible that he left Portugal when his Ponzi scam took off.
Here are the rules for BehindMLM in Dubai:
- If a Dubai resident tells you about an MLM chance, you are being scammed.
- It’s a scam if an MLM company is based in or says it has ties to Dubai.

MetaStake Review: Referral Commission
It pays referral fees based on how Unilever does it. In a uni-level pay system, an affiliate is put at the top of a team, and each new affiliate they bring in is put right under them (level 1).
New affiliates brought on by any level 1 affiliates are added to the original affiliate’s uni-level team at level 2.
If any level 2 affiliates bring on new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on down a theoretically endless number of levels.
Twenty is the maximum number of payable unilevel team levels allowed by it.
Across these twenty stages, the following referral commissions are paid as a percentage of invested capital:
Level | Referral commission |
Level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) | 7% |
Level 2 | 2% |
Level 3 | 1% |
Levels 4 to 7 | 0.5% |
Level 8 | 0.4% |
Levels 9 to 13 | 0.3% |
Levels 14 to 17 | 0.2% |
Levels 18 to 20 | 0.1% |
MetaStake Review: ROI Match
When affiliates in a downline make a profit each day, It pays an ROI match. Along with referral commissions, the ROI Match pays out at the same 20 unilevel team levels:
Level | ROI Match |
Level 1 | 10% |
Level 2 | 7% |
Level 3 | 3% |
