Richard Chan From Tucson Legal Documents scammed me!

This individual is totally unskilled and a thief, so beware.

This individual is totally unskilled and a thief, so beware. When I requested him to complete the papers for an adult name change, he responded with completely fabricated jibberish that had nothing to do with what the court required. He received payment in advance, and I lost $250 to his fraud. Whatever you do, avoid paying him beforehand. I’m going to file a complaint against him with the Arizona Supreme Court Certification and Licensing Division.

AND YOU CAN TOO, I’ll also be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau (he already has complaints, they informed me). Be unconcerned with his phoney refutations. You can trust that every negative review on this site and elsewhere is genuine.
