Writing this review is difficult for me because I have been a devoted fan of Tony Robbins for the past ten years. During this time, I have attended many of his events, hired coaches for myself and my employees, and purchased all of his content.
Regrettably, I must convey that my recent encounter has transformed me into a detractor of the brand Tony Robbins.
Recently, I decided to resume my coaching to help me achieve my personal and professional goals.

After receiving an offer for an annual coaching package, I engaged in negotiations with the sales representative. Eventually, we agreed on a price of $5,250 per year, which included various items such as planners, content, hats, and tickets for UPW. During the negotiation process, I emphasized to the sales representative, who was also a manager, the importance of these items.
I would like to be assigned an experienced coach who specializes in my category or domain.

After making the payment, it took several weeks for the coach to get in touch with me. I had to contact them through a series of emails and phone calls to engage in a debate.

After several attempts, I was finally able to contact the sales back office. However, it is worth noting that they are not very responsive and usually require multiple emails or payments to get a reply.
After being assigned a coach, I decided to give him a chance. Although the coaching started well, I began to feel dissatisfied after just three sessions. My coach seemed unprepared and didn’t personalize the sessions to my needs. For example, he had to check his notes during each call to remember my goals. This lack of attention to detail left me feeling frustrated.
The advice I received was not specific to my needs. I found that I would benefit more from reading or listening to Tony’s audiobooks and following his programs, rather than working with a coach who has limited availability and minimal interaction.
After careful consideration, I decided to submit a cancellation request due to a breach of contract and dissatisfaction with the solution provided, as agreed upon with the coach manager through verbal and email communication.
Unfortunately, despite my efforts to follow up on my cancellation and refund request, I have not received any replies to the eight emails I have sent. This is a disappointing reality.
I have decided to make it my mission to publish content and reviews across various platforms, utilizing the full potential of my marketing company.
Tony himself has become aware of how mistreating loyal, long-standing customers will slowly deteriorate and destroy his brand and coaching empire if he doesn’t adjust to show respect toward his customers.
I have serious doubts that Tony would endorse this treatment. If he were aware of the details of the case and treatment, he would not hesitate to personally process my refund.
