I requested that he complete papers for an adult name change, and he responded with completely fabricated information that has nothing to do with what the court asks. I gave him $250 in advance, but he defrauded me of the money. Under no circumstances should you pay him in advance. I am going to report him to the Certification and Licensing Division of the Supreme Court of Arizona.
